Streetlife (2019) – was initially inspired by music and developed into an abstract reflection of New York’s skyline. Created using acrylic and spray paint; the dark colours work in contrast to the delicate tones giving an almost reflection like effect. Music often inspires the style of my paintings as I move around the canvas making expressive movements to create new marks.
